I love helping professionals in their career and managerial development. I’ve helped executives with their leadership styles, guided non-profit executive teams in culture change, facilitated pairs of executives who need to improve their working relationship together, worked with father/son teams to clarify their roles and relationship, worked with young people in career choice, coached key executives in becoming better managers, coached CEOs and managers as they choose their retirement options, and guided family businesses whose next generation are moving into entry level positions with the intention of taking on leadership positions. As of April 2021, I retired from Vistage and became Chair Emeritus. I’m still active within the Vistage community and fully endorse Vistage membership to other company leaders.
