Abe Wagner presents “Creating a Team Atmosphere”

Does your team compete against the competition and against one another? A team is an entity in which people share common goals, care about one another, and feel safe to agree and disagree, even with the boss. When people function with a team spirit, they not only “buy in,” but synergism takes place. This program focuses on creating a strong and productive team atmosphere.

  • Creating a give and take relationship throughout all levels of the work force.
  • Using group process theory.
  • Understanding the elements of strokes and structure as a key leadership tool.
  • Using the Transactional Leadership Model.
  • Communicating in a way that develops team spirit.
